Matt Hunter is an executive leadership coach and co-author of the forthcoming book Tough Enough: How to Lead a Team to Greatness Without Being a Jerk. He has two decades of experience founding, leading, and coaching companies, most notably cofounding Turnstyle (acquired by Yelp) and serving as president and US CEO of Founders Pledge, a community of entrepreneurs that has pledged over $13.6 billion to charity, with more than $1.9 billion already deployed. Today, he coaches C-suite executives at Fortune 50 companies as well as founders and CEOs of high-growth tech startups backed by firms such as Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, and NEA, with a combined valuation in the tens of billions. He is also expanding his work to include elite sports teams. He lives in Boulder, Colorado.
