Matt Hunter is an executive leadership coach and author. He has two decades of experience founding, leading, and coaching companies, most notably cofounding Turnstyle (acquired by Yelp) and serving as president and US CEO of Founders Pledge, a community of entrepreneurs that has pledged over $12.9 billion to charity, with more than $1.7 billion already deployed. 

Matt has trained with and taken inspiration from the Harvard Negotiation Project, Richard Ivey School of Business, Stanford Graduate School of Business, Nonviolent Communication, The Enneagram, The Hoffman Process, Conscious Leadership Group, Katie & Gay Hendricks, Co-Active Training Institute, Buddhism, Men’s Work, The Inner Game, and various forms of individual and couples therapy. His approach integrates years of athletic training across college basketball, tournament golf, and ultra-endurance events.

Today, Matt coaches founders and CEOs of high-growth companies. Through one-on-one coaching, keynotes, and leadership offsites, he helps leaders pursue greatness and build high-performing, winning cultures. His clients include founders and CEOs backed by top venture firms such as Andreessen Horowitz, Accel, and NEA, with a combined market value in the tens of billions. He is expanding his work to include public companies and elite sports teams. He lives with his growing family in Boulder, Colorado.
